When making a booking, we require credit card details of the person staying. Pre payment will be taken and a credit charge fee of up to 2% 

Valid photo ID is mandatory (passport, NZ drivers license, NZ access card) upon arrival as well as a credit card in the name of the person who is staying at the hostel.

Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, please call us to cancel or amend your booking within 72hrs of arrival. We charge for the first night's accommodation cancelled with less than 72hrs notice prior to 2pm on your day of arrival.

Exceptions to the 72hr policy - All public holidays and summer peak season (from the Boxing Day until the second Sunday in January) Bay Dreams, One Love and certain big concets, a FULL non-refundable prepayment will be charged at the time of reservation.

All guests during the summer peak period must be 18+ years of age 

Groups of 6 or more speacial conditions apply - 50% non-refundable deposit required at moment of reservation and reamaining balance 1 week before arrival. 7 day cancellation policy before arrival with no refund on deposit. If not fully paid within 7 days of arrival booking will be cancelled.
